You will work with the same PSRE Certified Selling Advisor from the moment you list your home along with our closing team as we guide you thought every step of the way to closing on your home. During the contingency/pending period, a few more people will contact you as part of the closing process, as we guide you thru the Due Diligence period.
Your PSRE Certified Selling Advisor will ensure that your Due Diligence period stays on track, including all the steps related to closing on your home.
Your PSRE Certified Selling Advisor will be able to answer all of your questions regarding the paperwork for closing. Should you need additional support, you are also able to discuss any questions with our real estate attorneys.
